Returns

If an item is received with any damages you must report it to us within 3 days of receiving merchandise, damaged items will not be accepted after the 3 day window.

No returns on personalized products.

We do not accept returns for any other products for refund.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be shipped back to you and subject to additional shipping cost. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, damage, makeup, deodorant, perfume or any similar stain.

The Following items are considered Final Sales items and cannot be returned or exchanged: Gift Cards, cosmetics, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, socks and Final Sale/Clearance category items.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 business days.

Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Iconic, LLC. 12717 W Sunrise Blvd, #115 Sunrise Florida US 33323.  Buyer pays return shipping.
