Ornament details:
- The acrylic we use is 1/8" thick. The clear acrylic is double sided (see through) and the mirror acrylics are single sided, the back of the mirror acrylic is gray.

- The wood we use is high quality sealed Alder solid wood and it is 1/4" thick.
- The design is engraved into the wood or acrylic. Clear acrylic will leave a white engrave.
- Ornaments measure approximately 3.75" tall (longest side)
- Personalization is case sensitive. If name or address is written in uppercase it will be engraved in upper case.
- Red ribbon for hanging is included on all keys except for the pink mirror acrylic which will come with a white ribbon

USPS First Class Mail is used to ship ornaments. It takes approximately 2-5 business days for orders to arrive (in addition to processing times). You can upgrade shipping at checkout to Priority Mail which typically takes 2-3 business days, or Priority Mail Express which takes 1-2 business days.
